At Violet and Flora, customer delight is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to fall in love and stay in love with them.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Simply email email@example.com to begin the return/exchange process.
Please include your name, address, order number, order date and the items you wish to return or exchange.
We will send you an email with further instructions for sending your items back to us.
We do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item or size being sent to you.
We cannot refund any shipping fees that may have been incurred at the time the order was placed. The only exception is if the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item or size being sent to you.
Please make sure the return hangtag is still on the piece of clothing. If removed, the return and exchange policy is automatically deemed as void.
